Shipping Policy
How long until my order ships?
- All orders go through a handling period before being dispatched
- 99% of orders leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days of payment
- For the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, orders usually take 3-7 business days to arrive after shipping
- For Mexico, Spain, Germany, France, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping
- You’ll receive an email notification when your items ship out
Exceptions: For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other international destinations, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Delays can occur due to holidays or unforeseen events like severe weather. Customs inspections may also impact timing.
Where are products made and shipped from?
All Farm Food Family Merch products are proudly printed and shipped from the United States.
When will I get tracking info?
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you once your order ships out.
Why isn’t my tracking number active yet?
It can take up to 7-10 days after processing for tracking to go live. Use this link to track: https://www.17track.net/en

Will items ship together or separately?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes ship in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
Please be aware you may receive multiple deliveries for a single order. We appreciate your understanding!
