We guarantee that every product purchased from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days from the original purchase date under normal use. Here are the details:


If any product fails to meet your expectations for any reason during this 60-day period, we’ll gladly replace it with a new one or provide a full 100% refund, no questions asked.


To modify or cancel an order, please submit a request through our contact form including your order number and desired changes. We’ll confirm once the update is processed.

Note: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders are prepared for shipping and cannot be altered.


If your correct shipping address hasn’t received the package after 3 weeks past expected delivery, we’ll promptly send a free replacement.

Within 60 days of delivery, you can request a free replacement or full refund if:

  • The product doesn’t match its description
  • It arrives damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping issue
  • You receive an incorrect item

  5. Can I exchange for a different product? Yes, we can resend a new item, but exchanges may incur a fee since all products are custom-printed.

Note: Replacements and refunds must be requested within 60 days of delivery. After 60 days, we cannot accept replacement or refund requests.
