How long will it take to receive my order?

  • United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada: Most orders ship within 2-5 business days and arrive 3-7 business days after shipping.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Other Countries: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Shipping times may be delayed during holidays or unforeseen events like severe weather. Customs inspections can also impact transit times.

Do I get a tracking number?

Absolutely! Tracking is included with every order once processed (typically 5-7 days). Email support@farmfoodfamily.com with your order number if you haven’t received your tracking details.

How can I pay?

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@farmfoodfamily.com right away and we’ll update the address. Once an order ships, we cannot reship to a new address. Please double check your shipping details carefully!
