Returns & Exchanges Policy
Since our merchandise is made-to-order, returns, replacements or exchanges will only be accepted if the item:
- Is significantly different from the product description or images shown
- Arrives damaged due to a manufacturer or shipping error
- Is not the item you actually ordered
If your purchase meets any of these criteria, please contact us at support@farmfoodfamily.com to initiate a return. Please include the following details:
- Order number
- Video or photos clearly showing the issue (if applicable)
- Photos of the entire product front and back
- Photo of the shipping label
Product measurements are provided in each listing to help you select the proper fit. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing after an item is received in normal condition.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind after receiving your order. Once an item is delivered in the expected condition, it cannot be returned.
How Long Until a Replacement Arrives?
We review all claims within 24 business hours. If your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, you’ll generally receive the new item within 7-14 business days.
